Minute offset when using GetCurrentDateTimeUtc()

Hello,

I need to use the current DateTime for announcements and duration calculations, but when I use the function GetCurrentDateTimeUtc() I notice that I get an offset in minutes from the actual time. My timezone is UTC+3, but even if I correct the Hour offset the problem with the minutes persists (the time that is announced from the function is about 20 minutes before the actual time).

Do you know what could be the cause of this issue?
