Mismatch in data extracts between API and Developer Tool for Conversation Aggregate

Hi Team,

We have observed data difference between the API extract and the Developer tool for the Conversation aggregate.

We have extracted the conversation aggregate data from the API package and the developer tool for a duration of 15 days. Upon checking the data extracts, we found that the data is not in sync between the two output files.

Any tips or inputs to resolve the data discrepancy will be very much appreciated.

Time interval : "2022-04-11T00:00:00.000Z/2022-04-26T00:00:00.000Z"

Can you provide some additional information?

  • what are you referring to when you say "the API extract" and "the API package"? What are you doing?
  • are you using literally the exact same query in both places?
  • are you using the same user in both places?
