Missing new records of flow execution history

Hello,

I'm facing an issue regarding the flow execution history in case of 2 flows. I already have hunderds of executions, which were logged perfectly, but for some reason it stopped to store data for these 2 flows 2 days ago.
I have around 20 flows which are still being logged, no setting was changed.
By the subscription we didn't even use the 1% of the maximum storage allocated, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Do you have any idea what can cause the flow to stop saving execution data?

  • Genesys Cloud supports returning a maximum of 200 execution data instances per query. It is important to note that Genesys Cloud cannot guarantee that the query returns the most recent 200 execution instances.

You can still get flow executions if you switch to querying by conversation id instead of flow id.
