Missing west region

We noticed the new US West region is missing from the PureCloudRegionHosts. I assume all SDKs need to be updated for the new region.

Thanks for reporting. As a workaround, you can simply use a string until that's updated. e.g. client.setEnvironment('usw2.pure.cloud');
