Mobile Messenger feature comparison matrix - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

In mobile Messenger Transport SDK - they mention Cards,Carrosal are not supported - what is the meaning of this ? With Transport SDK - we are not providing any UI and only providing support to transport/receive payload - as its a very thin layer over the Web Messaging Guest API - & UI element has to be build by the customer - by explicitly highlighting cards,carrosals as not supported do we mean that we done even allow receiving structured payloads for Cards and Carrosals on the transport SDK ?

Hi,

The Transport SDK currently does not support Cards and Carousels. This means the SDK is not able to notify the UI with dedicated structured message event and not prepared to receive responses from the UI either.

The feature is on our H2 roadmap. We will keep sharing updates on the corresponding idea.
