MOS Scoring on v2.analytics.conversation.{id}.metrics

Hello,

I have integrated the AWS Eventbridge with my Genesys Org. I was looking for an event topic that would give me the MOS scoring for interactions. I have tried v2.analytics.conversation.{id}.metrics and I do not get any MOS scoring data. Is there a topic that may provide me with this information?

Hello,

No, to my knowledge, there are no topics available propagating the MOS score.
You can see/query all topics event schema at once using GET /api/v2/notifications/availabletopics (GET /api/v2/notifications/availabletopics?expand=schema&includePreview=true). I haven't found anything inside that relates to measure of service.
