The Genesys and MS team status is not getting Synch.

Hi @Babasaheb, thank you for clarifying. For the native integration, it'd be best for you to raise a support case with CARE for this item as opposed to seeking support via the Dev center. That way, you will get the expertise you need to resolve this matter. The support here is mostly geared towards blueprint, API and SDK usage.

We already raised Case #0003381843 with care however they have suggested to reach DEV team. Kindly advice.

Yes. I recommend coordinating with @Jens_Olesen. It seems what you are experiencing deals with the configuration of that blueprint. He is familiar with that blueprint.
