I am curious about how this integration with MS Teams really is working. I have a customer that has more than 10k Teams users and he is concerned that if regularly the Genesys Cloud will interrogate MS Teams for the status of all these users there will be issues with the traffic.
Does anyone know if the status is interrogated for everybody regularly or the interrogation is done only for those users displayed in the directory search area when the search is done?

For GC users populated via SCIM with the additional MS Teams specific attributes, GC will use the bearer token of GC users who have linked their MS Teams accounts to GC to poll the Graph API for all the Teams SCIM users every 60 seconds. MS Teams SCIM users within a targeted Directory or Transfer search will have their presence looked up in real time.
GC caches the MS Teams presence values, so only MS Teams users with a presence value older than 60 will be included in the next polling interval.
