MS Teams Voice Agent Presence Sync - Why CX2?

Hello,

we are just wondering why for (very basic one way) MS Teams presence to agent integration CX2 License should be required?

Update the presence of a Microsoft Teams user based upon an inbound interaction (genesys.cloud)

Is there a way to make it happen with Genesys CX1 License (PC-170-NV-USR1) + MS Team (GC-170-NV-GCMICROTI) integration license?
