Multi answers for an inbound email interaction

Hi community !

As you know when an interaction is offered to an agent you are able to make only one answer then the interaction is disconnected

However the agents of my CC needs often to answer the customer answers and to transfert the email to a partner

Is there an easy way to do it ?

I thought to have a script to able to reopen a conversation in another interaction frame in the agent desktop through a script button however I don t find any api to do it?
Is there a way to do it?
