We have requirement where a customer which to run outbound voice /call campaign which after 2 or 3 failed call retries must drop an email to the respective person via an outbound email campaign. Is there a feature to merge campaigns to a multi channel one?
I have been checking developer for any leads on this and unable to gather much information on this. Checked Genesys documentation as well which did not help.
