Native Messenger UI with Predictive Engagement and Welcome Message Offer

Hi,

Is it possible to control the Welcome banner toast which is shown after Messenger UI chat icon appears? I would like to disable it.

If so, could you please point me to the documentation showing how to subscribe and command this toast?

Hi @brandon I moved this thread to Web Messaging channel: you could run Messenger in headless mode, but that would remove the entire Messenger UI. Are you trying to build your own custom offer on top of our native Messenger UI? We do have plans to improve the customization for that Offer, including more visuals & layout, while today you can only change text via Action Maps.
Can you elaborate on the requirements so we can assess potential product improvements?
