Need Guidance in Voice Princing countries

Hi,

In the Outbound charges document for Americas region,
Outbound usage charges in US dollars - Genesys Cloud Resource Center we can found some values on the countries like Information Services, Intl Networks 882 DTAG(Attached image). So please confirm what are those values, whether they are countries or not and will it be consider for billing purpose.
