Need help on using Send Response in my inbound chat flow

Hi Team,

I have created the inbound chat flow and it's working fine.
When the chat is started, After playing the one send response i want to give an option for customer a "Yes or No" option.
How do i achieve this with the help of get response?

Below is the scenario :

The Chatbot starts with -" I see you are having questions about Continuing Care, is that right?" Options given are - Yes. No and Exit.
2 a. Upon clicking Yes - The Chatbot responds - " Let me try help you with that. We need to understand that and additional medical treatment that was not a part of the immediate treatment or procedure prescribed and received by the injured party in this accident event. Your answer to this question is important as it will help us determine the applicable benefits if any per your policy schedule and the documents you may need to submit to us.
2 a. Chatbot then asks - " Is this helpful" Yes, No
2 a 1. Selection of Yes, Chatbot displays this - "It was a pleasure assisting you, If you need any additional information, feel free to ask me again". Provides the option to Click Exit, If exit is chosen the window collapses.
2 a 2. Selection of No- " I apologize I wasn't able to completely answer your question. Here are more options that we have - FAQs, talk to a live associate

If your idea is to implement a bot using Architect Inbound Chat Flow only, it is not possible.
It is not possible to capture the answer from the customer on a chat session from the Architect Inbound Chat Flow.
The Get Response action is to select a predefined response from the Canned Response Library - https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/get-response-action/

In order to implement a chat bot scenario, at this time, you have to integrate with Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow or Genesys Dialog Engine (soon) - https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-bots/
