Need help to create a webchat plugin for our website

Hi,

I'm new to this and need to create a plugin to put into a website that show a little button on a corner of the page that allow user to webchat with the agent if there are any onqueue or to leave a email on the queue if there is no agent online.

I read the documentation about the webchat but don't really understand what I need to do...

Is there any example of what I need to do or someone to give me some hint about this?

PureCloud doesn't offer a widget like that or expose those stats via the web chat solution. You'll have to build that out yourself. Check out this open source project though, it should get you most of the way there: https://github.com/MyPureCloud/public-stats-service.
