Need Queue wise User information

Hi Team,

I need a endpoint which will give be below information,

1)When a user is assigned to particular queue, who assigned him to that queue and when he is removed from the queue and who removed him from the queue.

  1. When the queue is created , by whom and when it is deactivated , by whom.
