Need to send the part of the recording to the 3rd party tool, for Vioce biomatric,

need to send the part of the recording to the Specific location where 3rd party tool will match this recording for , for Vice biometric authentication
,

  1. when the customer calls to the IVR, the customer is asked to speak something or use ASR for the IVR navigation.
  2. during the IVR interaction with the Client, his voice will be recorded and sent to the specific location for the 3rd party to validate the voice authentication of the specific customer.
  3. after authentication , he will be given more option in the IVR or connected tot he Agent.

Please anyone suggest how to achieve this , or suggest any alternative
