Genesys use New Relic service in that service two files get upload Places.Sqlite-wal and HTTP payload Request.txt My question is

what data is contained within the places.sqlite-wal and the HTTP Payload Request.txt files that are being uploaded in these cases?

NewRelic is used for internal purposes by Genesys Cloud core product. Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to ask this question; I can't guarantee they'll answer it since it's about internal workings of the core product, but that is not a suitable discussion for this forum.
