A question for anyone that spent time configuring Agent CoPilot.
We are building a set of rules to trigger an NBA Script, however it has become apparent that only scripts configured as Default against the queue can be used. Weirdly though, you must then select a Script and a Page within the rule - which doesn't make any sense. The Genesys learning material includes the following comment " Note : Though you can select other scripts or script pages, only the script assigned to your queue will work properly."
What doesn't work properly?
What if your default script needs to be something different?
Does this mean they have to create a different rule for each Queue?
What are the limitations for Scripts when used with Agent Copilot?
If anyone has any experience with this, I'd love to get your thoughts/input.
