Summary: New transfer-related metrics nBlindTransferred, nConsultTransferred, and nConsult
Impact: We are adding new metrics that give a more detailed perspective on transfers than the existing nTransferred metric. nBlindTransferred counts direct transfers from an agent to another. nConsultTransferred counts consult transfers from an agent to another. nConsult counts consults whether those lead to a transfer or not. The new transferred metrics count will add up to nTransferred.
