Does anyone know if the NO_INPUT events can be used in bots other than voice bots?
I've tried to trigger these events in Dialogflow (this bot is currently connected to WhatsApp through Genesys) but doesn't seem to be working properly.
This is because the Genesys bot is not returning the conversation data that the customer has with the bot. It doesn't provide information such as intent ID, intent name, etc.
Do you have any suggestions for this? We have already tried to review all the options using this method, but the Genesys consultant informs us that the only way is to automatically end the conversation by Dialogflow.
