I have built an inbound flow. Then I set up a call route with an addresses +13179831227 as the dial-in number.
I logged in as admin and I selected my Phone_Admin in WebRTC phone.
When I dialed +13179831227, I could hear the sound from dialpad. However after call is connected, it's all silent and I couldn't hear any prompt from the IVR call flow.
What could be the cause of it?
