recently i used Agentless API :
https://api.mypurecloud.de/api/v2/conversations/messages/agentless
which use templated messages when we select type = whatsapp
, but i want to send non templated messages, is there any api or any way through which i can achieve this.
i read about it in documentation that whatsapp let you send non templated messages in 24 hour window.
please if anyone can help me.
