Notifications from external source

Hi, all
Previously I left a topic about Notification from an external site but the solution was not really helpful for me...
So, on PureCloud I have an already integrated app and I need to add the possibility to get PureCloud custom Notification with content from external source after successful installation this app by the user. On PureCloud is only client instance of this app but notifications will generate on a back-end, so I need a pretty solution to communicate with a server and the integrated app even if the user has closed the app. In short, need to send Push Notifications directly to the logined user or agent from server.
Also, it will be nice if all notification will be saved in Alerts Inbox.

As noted in the previous post, PureCloud does not have a means of raising arbitrary notifications to a user other than the toast notifications from a custom client app. That is still the case. You can request new features and share your use case at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
