We're looking to build an integration where Genesys would send the notifications for a transcript being available.
The problem I'm finding, is Genesys, for some reason, didn't expose this to the Process Automation (workflow triggers) feature in their own platform. It's only supported for websocket and AWS Event Bridge. Is anyone else doing something where they want to efficiently extract the transcripts from Genesys without doing some scheduled batch job to fetch all conversations and check each for a transcript (since there's no bulk way to get these)?
