Notifications Time Interval 10 minutes

Hi there,

I subscribed to the notification topic v2.analytics.queues.{queueId}.observations and Currently receiving metrics at intervals of 30 minutes. Instead of 30 mins intervals, I need metrics at custom intervals of 5 or 10, or 15 minutes.

Could you please suggest a way to get metrics in custom time intervals?

Hi Vasubavana,

The notification topic v2.analytics.queues.{queueId}.observations currently only publishes at 30 minute intervals with no way to change this behavior. I would recommend you open an Idea on our Ideas portal asking for the option to modify the notifications.
