"notificationsubscription" doesn't have "interactionwindow" category for outbound email and SMS

Hi,

When we initiate a outbound SMS or Email I don't see the "InteractionWindow" category even though "embeddedInteractionWindow" is set to true. For Inbound we have it. Could you please help me in this. Is there anything I need to do to enable it for Outbound.

Do you have second iframe in your web app for the interaction window? It's mentioned as an additional step for embeddableInteractionWindow on this page

Hi @jacobshaw , Thank you for your response. Yes we have second iframe configured and it is working fine for "Inbound" interactions but not for "Outbound" interactions.

@jacobshaw @tim.smith @Greg_Boston , is this possible for outbound, or should I raise servops ticket. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
