Notifying the customer an agent is answering

Right now when I have a Message In-queue flow, when an agent is connected, there is no update on the Messenger widget.

Is there a way that the change in status, or participant, can be notified to the customer similar to the status that is displayed when a conversation starts and ends?

Or in the In-queue, is there a way we can have some treatment when on the way out of the queue?
