Am getting below error while integrating Nuance Mix Chat bot with Genesys pure cloud. My pure cloud instance is located on US West2(Genesys Cloud)
"The lookup for available Nuance bots failed. This often indicates that the access credentials are invalid for the region selected.”
As the error indicates, please verify your credentials are correct and were created in the region in which you're trying to use them. If you have verified this, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care.
This issue is now fixed.. Nuance enabled service credentials at their side against my Nuance Mix account. This isn't done by default for an account get created on the Nuance Mix.
