Obtaining IP address from email sender

Hello Dev,

Is there a way to collect a sender's IP address? We want to determine the source address of some emails that were received by our agents. I'm not seeing any options to do this in the API thus far. Is such a thing possible?

Genesys does not have access to such data as it is considered as a PII.
