Trying to build a query that collects how long every interaction with a voice bot was - querying .
If I run the query for yesterday / last week etc, it works perfectly. I'm trying to run it for a period of end December to end Jan and the values for bot interaction time are all zero.
If I look at the Conversation Details all the metrics for the Bot interactions are set to zero. But, interactions with the IVR & secure flow etc are still there.
Is this Bot Interaction info stored somewhere else (per interaction) available by API or is it only stored for a short period?
Edit: Seems the last day we have data for currently is 25th Jan.
Second Edit: I tried running my same query against the Jobs endpoint, thinking that may have been the problem, but no results are returned at all - although I think this is because of an outage affecting Jobs endpoint for the last month or so?
