Omni sync status is not working with Purecloud

Hi,

I have the omni sync status settings working fine when tested with Salesforce sandbox and Purecloud PROD. I configured the same settings in Salesforce PROD instance and tested with Purecloud PROD and it is not working at all.

What could be wrong here?
