Hello Team,

We are planning to use Open Messaging Integration for mobile app. I have below questions.

  1. How to send "Welcome" message form Genesys Cloud message flow, when end user logs into an app without initiating any message from user end.
  2. How do we extract latest async messages for last 24 hrs for same conversation so user can see history when he logs in again. Which API to use?
