Hello, We are implementing Open Messaging integration with our chatbot.
1- I have created an open messaging integration using "api/v2/conversations/messaging/integrations/open" API, 2- then I sent inbound message from "api/v2/conversations/messages/${integrationId}/inbound/open/message".
However, I don't receive the integration from Genesis agent side, so the agent can respond to the user and send outbound messages.
I would suggest reviewing this previous post Attachments Not Rendering in Inbound Messages Using Genesys JavaScript SDK while that one deals more with attachments, pretty much all of the links and discussion in there are related to what you are needing here.
