Options to generate the OTP in Genesys

Do we have a options to generate the OTP in Genesys .We need to generate OTP using Pure cloud .

The ER Code logic is determined by customer, and it has to be 4 digit they cannot change it. And those digits have to dynamically generate and send to customer for OTP authentication.

Here are the few examples . We need to generate the OTP using Genesys Pure Cloud

The SMS body [code] is dynamic value and provide by Bancs (TCS ) and the remaining template needs to invoke in the SMS body to send the SMS .

|From is Customer name as a short code and it should be literal not a numeric value . I see In the United Kingdom, only the random SMS short code type is available and not sure how do we use Literal as (Customer name) Short codes.

From the below SMS body |[code] security code has to be generate from Customers and send to customer for OTP Verifications .is there an OTP solution already available in Genesys platform?

Hi - could you clarify which type of user you are trying to validate? Is it a GC User (Agents, Admins, Supervisors) or the End-User connecting from web-site/mobile-app?
Also, can you elaborate more on the functional use-case? The previous description seems more like a technical specification of the desired solution: it would help us to understand the functional use-case and what you're trying to solve.

Please see the functional use case:
During the call with Agent ,Genesys connect with CRM and receive the registered mobile number ..Genesys should generate OTP and send it to the Customer mobile number for verification. Similar to How Banks are generating the OTP while login into the webpage .
