I have red this topic https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/guest-authentication-failed/3243 and It seems we experience the same issue but with our Organization ID.
When I try to run the chat with this ID it's not working.
Can you provide us some help please.
Can you provide some detail about what's happening? "it's not working" isn't sufficient to troubleshoot.

This is what happened when it's work properly when "orgId": 8968,
But when I used the orgId: ef26df-1e50-4 c-b0-0 18dec7f26
Any chat windows appear
Anything in the javascript console? Can you start a chat successfully with the Dev Tools Chat Tester ?
Your config is probably incorrect somewhere.

The GUID-format orgId isn't used with chat if I recall correctly. What you need is the thirdPartyOrgId, which is usually a simple 4- or 5-digit numeral.
The chat test tool lists the org id for the org you're logged into (actually the thirdPartyOrgId):

OK i didn't know that you need a thirdPartyOrgId.
How the customer can get a thirdPartyOrgId number.
I tried to reach https://developer.mypurecloud.com/developer-tools/#/webchat but I tried connect but I can't.
