Outbound interaction rescheduled

Hello.

I have preview campaign created and adding a call rule that check with data action current waiting calls on some queue on pre dial.

First time it works perfectly, On the pre dial data action is returning result (1 call) and the action is increment 1 vale on some column.

Problem is, if i do reschedule with the outbound contact, second time, when the contact comes to the agent the pre dial is not working well, i can see on the workspace place there is no invocation.

Just to check, i´m doing the same but instead of using data action on condition i´m using some fool rule like, check f contact type =phone, and the action is executed every time the contact is coming to the agent, and the column on the contact is updating everytime.

Maybe there is some limitation on calling data action on second attemtp and next ones?

Sample 1 (notworks) Only the first time is working, second and next ones is not working. (i´m sure there is a call on the queue :slight_smile: )

Sample 2 (works) Everytime the interaction comes to agent, the predial increments one value on some column.

Unless there is some indication that the Data Action is failing, I would suggest opening up a support ticket to dig into how outbound dialer is expected to behave in this situation.

I have opened a ticket with our contractors, but seems like it will be not fast... some idea will be welcome. tnx for your answer
