Outbound message Delivery Failure

Hi all last week there was a feature release note for "Notification topic for outbound message delivery failures"
I can't see this anywhere in the the topic list https://developer.genesys.cloud/notificationsalerts/notifications/available-topics

I'm just trying to get some additional information on the availability and the schema etc.

I've been away for a week and a bit so may have missed a notification around this being rolled back?
