Page to page movement in client site

Hi,

We added chat as widget in client site. It worked fine.

Now when we move from page to page in client site it looses the previous messages of chat window and client needs to reconnect.

How to enable chat movement between multiple pages. Any sample available.

We looked at JS file of webservice and found there is reconnect option available. but somehow we are not able to call that function.

We are storing chatid and participandID in cookies and which are available to us when chat window reloads on another page.

Hi,

We are using IWT and customizing IWT examples as per our need.

We are stuck there.

By IWT, do you mean Interaction Web Tools for PureConnect? If not, what do you mean by IWT?

Yes, that is what I meant.

We are using interaction web tools and we have IWT examples also which we customized.
