Panel Manager errors with Client Apps

We have the "Panel Manager" enabled in our org. We have a Premium App deployed as an Interaction Widget, and we set it as the default:

BUT, we get an error when an interaction occurs:

We were told a patch was deployed last week, but we still are having this issue.
