Passing a Salesforce Case ID to a Genesys Flow

I am trying to pop screen in Sales Force when the interaction (email) arrives at the embedded WebRTC phone in Sales Force. The documentation says that when Sales Force invokes the Architect Flow, it sends certain data fields which the Architect Flow can then use. The documatation seems to say that you can then use that data to create a URL which will then pop the SF Case to the screen.

However, I can't seem to get the data that is being sent from Sales Force, I have tried Set Participant Data but I'm not getting anything. Any advice appreciated.
