Is there a way to pass an integer value as a parameter to a Visualforce page? Specifically, this relates to PureCloud for Salesforce. I have reached out to Genesys support and they referred me to the developer forum.
My best guess is - you can pass query string parameters to a visual source page or use a salesforce data action to write your custom data into a custom object created within salesforce for this particular interaction etc.
