Passing CTI events to homegrown CRM

Hi Dev Forum ,

what will the best way to pass CTI events to client's homegrown CRM?

Can we do it via API , as an when events are happening on Genesys CTI -> call an api -> push it to client's crm.

Can we also use event notifications here ?

Your CRM will define the manner in which an integration with it will send it data; this isn't something we can tell you.

For the Genesys side, you can use the API endpoints and receive notifications. Some integrations may use data actions to invoke a 3rd party API. Which parts you use will be based on what you're trying to accomplish.
