This may be a simple question, but how can I pass the phone number entered on the chat web form to a variable in architect to use it for routing, specifically, a web services lookup on the number the client has entered on the web chat widget. Any help is appreciated
Custom data properties sent with the chat become participant attributes you can access from Architect.
