Percentage Allocation on Queues in Genesys Cloud

Is percentage allocation can be possible in Architect on the basis of Queues ? Like 74 % calls should go to Queue A and 35 % to Queue B.

Hello,

At this time, there is no Architect native block/action to perform a distribution to queues, based on percentage (65%, 35%).
