Personal phone configuration

Hi!

I have a use case in my contact center and i want to know if is there any solution involving Genesys to resolve it

We have agents that are receiving calls in their personals phones from clients leading to no trazability in Genesys Cloud, we want to implement a solution that permits clients to have their agents personal number and when they call, Genesys manage the call

Is there any way to fully manage inbound and outbound calls in personal phones via Genesys Cloud?

We want to insert the agent personal number (Agent personal phone with some telephony company like movistar in Spain) in Genesys and if a client or anyone calls to that number leaves a trace in Genesys.

Its important that the phone is external to the platform, not Polycom or any device compatible.

Yeah, just port their numbers to Genesys Cloud and then the calls will route to Genesys Cloud.
