I have a Secure Call Flow that is set up to be initiated by agent and return to agent once complete. However, the flow can take a while to complete and the agent can easily miss the browser notification for customer has completed secure flow.
Is there a way to set up an audio prompt to be played back to the agent just before Return To Agent in a Secure Flow?
You could build a local desktop app to listen for conversation notifications and play a sound on the computer when you detect that a caller has reconnected with the agent. Additionally, you can request product features and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/.
I attempted to add "Set Whisper Audio" to before "Return To Agent" and have set the Queue to play whisper audio to all agents, but not hearing anything. Is this a viable option and I'm just missing something?
