I already made a thread about customizer styles in the chat, since it has become in my company a priority topic I would like to know about when we can have the functionality.

The idea https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLDIG-I-329 is currently in development and is currently targeted for release in Q4 2018 or Q1 2019. This will release chat APIs so you can have full control to build your own chat interface if the existing options for chat are insufficient.
