Policy to not to record Agent's DID calls (not through Queues)

I like to create a Recording policy to not to record the DID calls made to the DIDs assigned to the agents.
By default, all the calls are being recorded due to the setting on the trunk. We only have one BYOC external trunk.
I looked at the New Policy options but do not see a way to make this work. Please let me know if anyone has do this before?
