Populating a dropdown list from a Data Table

Hi,

I'm creating a script and part of it involves the agents selecting from a (relatively) long list of options.

Rather than add them manually (and changing it when they change), is there a way to populate the list from a Data Table?

I've seen this topic before when it seemed the list could not be dynamic, and there is nothing in the documentation that suggests it can be done - but wanted to check.

Adding Values and Variables to the Drop down List

Hi Team , We need to add Skill name (as display Variable ) and Skill Id (as Variable Value) to the drop down list in the Script . We can add the Skill id & name manually if it's size / count of skill is less than 10 . But , We have 100 Skills & need to upload(add) the same in drop down list . Instead of adding it manually ( we may miss some of the Skills & Id ) which is very time consuming .Is there any way to add it dynamically. Regards , Anusha Gowda
